The teachers of the Pediatrics Department successfully completed the training on “Strategic Development of Medical Education” as part of the team of the Academic and Research Medical Institute of Sumy State University. The second phase of the Ukraine-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education” took place from February 29, 2024, to March 1, 2024, in Zhytomyr.<\/p>

Discussions focused on successful institution development strategies, methods of building strategies, and the specific selection of strategies for our educational institution. Participants identified competitive advantages of their institution and proposed possible implementations and realizations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Mentorship support was provided by the expert and co-founder of the Ukrainian Health Care Center, Mathey Khrenov, and the organizational development consultant and facilitator, Tetiana Nemyrovych.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
